By accessing or using FusionBite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users including registered members and guests.

2. Use of the App

You may use FusionBite for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the recipes and content you create ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant FusionBite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your recipes and content. FusionBite does not verify the safety or accuracy of AI-generated recipes — always use your own judgement and check for allergens.

5. AI-Generated Content

FusionBite uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You should always verify ingredients, cooking times, and nutritional information before consuming or serving any dish. FusionBite is not liable for any harm arising from the use of AI-generated recipes.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and software of FusionBite (excluding User Content) is owned by FusionBite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusionBite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
